Together We Can Make A Real Difference
The SOUTH NOTTINGHAMSHIRE BRIDLEWAYS ASSOCIATION (SNBA) has been formed with the specific aim of improving the lives of local riders and their horses.
This is an exciting opportunity for riders and horse owners alike to join together and make their voices heard and to make a real difference for the local riding community, hopefully having some fun along the way with likeminded people sharing their experiences and passion for our four legged friends.
Our Mission Statement
TO MAINTAIN, MAXIMISE AND IMPROVE BRIDLEWAYS IN THE SOUTH NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AREA TO INCREASE THEIR USE AND ENJOYMENT BY ALL.
Our short term objectives :-
1. develop a constructive and collaborative dialogue with Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) re repairing and maintaining our existing local bridleways
2. report current safety concerns and hazards to the relevant officers
3. encourage communication and camaraderie between riders and promote a proactive riding community
Our longer term objective:-
Promote a better understanding of horse riders needs with a view to promoting discussion on joining up the existing local bridleway network.
